Well I've had studded tires and I have to disagree with everything that you've heard. I felt the studs but they weren't that obvious, meaning if you didn't know what it was it probably wouldn't bother you all that much. I never ever had a problem stopping on clean roads - works just the same. You may not need studded tires, especially not if all you get is snow and not a lot of ice. See studs really ar for ice traction and that's where you'll see them come in handy. I live in Northern Ontario and we get about 3-5 feet of snow a year and I'm fine with just 4 good winter tires and obviously adjusting my driving for the conditionsalso not sure where you are from but lots of places won't even install just 2 tires on the front - they'll install the tires with the most traction on the back of the vehiclejust a heads up!
depends on the type of polyester. Some are even soluble in water. If you are looking to make a resin liquid less viscous, but don't want to use a solvent, most polystyrene resins use styrene as a monomer for this purpose and more styrene would accomplish this.
