I would suggest the 28 color neutral pallet it has lots of browns and some really nice champagne colors. A nice mix of shimmer and matte finishes it also has some nice colors in the pink and purple range. The shadows are soft and pigmented and easy to blend. This will work for cool and warm skin tones. They also have really good brush sets as well. Once you get comfortable with that and you want to splurge the naked pallets are Awesome!
