Question:

How many oxygen atoms are in 2.20 of quartz?

Need to know it

Answer:

With the way it is i think is real
It looks real enough and to be honest rose quartz is so cheap and common it is hardly worth making fakes. Rose quartz is somewhat harder (7) than moldavite (5.5) so wearing them together may result in the moldavite getting chipped or scratched but nothing else.
Not everything sold on okorder is junk, but you do have to arm yourself with the facts. This rose quartz does have the appropriate color and even has light colored stringers typical of the stone. I am 99.9% sure it is real. Also, rose quartz is not that uncommon and making fake stone would not be cost effective. Check the rating of the seller. The effects of it with moldavite...? You need to ask that question in a different category.
