No your eye shadows are not ruined, do not fear! All you have to do is leave the lid open on the shadow container and let them dry out. Once they are dry, if you want too, you can scrape the top layer off( very carefully) to get down into the shadow that did not get wet. Your shadow will work fine.
Oh no! never touch the eyeshadow with a wet brush,it does kinda ruin it. i dont know what you could do sorry. maybe wait for it to dry,or something?
