well, the cheapest way to do it is to find lifting springs. you can usually get a set of 4 for $200. eibach would have the best ones.
I got my jeep lifted 5 inches for $650...not that its going to help you at all....but shop around first...I almost made the mistake of going to the first place and it almost cost me over $500 more then other places.
