My house is approximately 3,000 square feet and has a pitched roof. I know they take the tiles off and can probably reuse them. I‘m trying to determine the budget. My roof is 13 years old and I have a roof leak and it was fixed but is leaking again. The contractor tells me I need a new roof.
Whatever you do, get at least 2 more bids from LICENSED AZ roofing contractors. I promise that anyone worth the powder to blow them to hell will be able to find the source of the leak and correct it for FAR less than an entire Replacement. Tile roofs DO NOT wear out like asphalt and wood shingles. I am a retired contractor here in Az. Look up their ROC # on your computer with the registrar of contractors office and see what if any complains they have against them, etc. Little bit of work and you save 5-6 thousand dollars over the cost of a replacement.
if your talking a whole intake system im not sure kn makes the tube. i would suggest just getting the kn filter and dropping that into your air box. if you want a cold air intake system then i would recomend injen,although i dont know if there are ones for bmws, but id look for that first im me if you want to no more. halpinator36yahoo
