How much horse power does it usually take to lift the front wheels on a car?

I know traction plays a big part but I was j/w how much hp a car generally needs to lift the front wheels when doing a drag run.

Its all power to weight ratio, also 90/10 type drag shocks in the front, good traction, weight transfer and best of all you don't need 600+ horse power, I have a friend that a VW dune buggy that will pull the front end. In a drag race its the initial torque, gear ratio, power to weight and weight transfer towards the rear wheels that pull the front wheels off the ground.
assuming you are in the US you could go get a bolt on wheel thru a Performance bike shop (if you have one near you) for about $28. It is a standard bolt on wheel that I recommend but since you dont say then Im just guessin' here.

Not just torque to weight, but depends on weight distribution, traction, suspension design, strength of chassis and drivetrain components - 600 hp would probably lift nose of an old maveric with drag tires, but there's barely nose lift on 650 hp amg cars.
5 or 600 horse to do that with a good rearend set-up and slicks.
