so i a 16 year old male and i dont know what weigh i am but last time i checked i was a little over 10 stone but i have gained some weight so i am guess i am probably 160-170 pounds, i think i am 5 feet 6 i dont know, but i am planning on jogging for 1 hour and walking in a brisk pace for another hour every day while trying to eat healthy and drinking lots of water, how much weight i lose in 8 weeks, i am not very active i am quite lazy actually.
