Well carpet can no longer be sold by the S/Y.. All must be sold by the S/F.. You have 144 s/f .. Figuring a cheaper carpet , and this price includes padding . A pad that will also carry your warranties if the cheaper carpet has any... You can get carpet as low as 2$ a s/f w/ and labor. Thats 288$. So round it off to 300$... I d budget a bit more since this won t include rip out of whats there now , unless you do that yourself.. Now I m sure you can get cheaper carpet and pad, but I wanted to give you more of a realistic pricing GL
