I would recommend a bhcosmetics palette. The one I have has all the colors of the rainbow and is on sale for $13 right now. I just did a rainbow look using one of their palettes on my blog, you should check it out if you are interested
Get a Wet n' Wild pallete! They are extremely cheap $5-6 where I am and have a large assortment of colors that come in palates that are perfect size. Hope this helps :)
