by far the easiest way is to get a cherry picker, a engine cranehook it up to your motor and remove all slack from the chains, start unbolting the old mounts and then gently raise the motor enough to pull them out and slip in the new onesit can be done without a cherry pickeri've used a normal floor jack and some wood blocks to push up on one side of the motor at a timebut the cherry picker is much easier and much less likely to cause damage by putting pressure in a BAD placeyou probably have a tool rental place nearby that has a cherry picker that can be towed behind your truck, or almost anything with a tow hitchi think it was about $40 per day last time i rented one.
