Very hard to accomplish without at least some calorie controlOtherwise you're looking at INTENSE physical activity to burn the needed caloriesSo intense that if you're not conditioned for it.you'll do more harm than goodYour goal should be clean eating, not starvationEverything Victoria outlined is greatEven something as simple as switching to diet soda can have a profound effectI used to drink 4-6 20oz MT Dews a day when I was a car salesmanThats nearly 2000 calories in soda alone, PER DAYThen taking into account I did alot of sitting at a desk and having to eat fast food for lunch.yeah, you can imagine the weight gain I sufferedNow I've cut the full-sugar soda, candy, big mac's and work in a warehouse that requires heavy lifting.I've lost 25+lbs since January.
For some reason, the router on your home network is telling other machines to use it as a default route even though it's not connected to the InternetIf a router does not in fact have routes, it should not be the default gatewayLog into the router no the home network and configure it not to advertise itself as a default route in its DHCP repliesSome home routers assume they are the only Internet connection and there's nothing you can do about itIf this is the case, your only choice is to manually configure the network interface that connects to this router and not let it auto-configureWhen you configure it, leave the default gateway blank.
