Answer:

Think of fiber as flourAnything with a lot of flour is high in fiber, such as bread, pasta, or oatmealEven pizza is pretty high, as it's sitting in a bed of bread.
Whole grain bread is goodYou could also try supplimenting fibre if you really don't feel like eating bran cereal or muffins.
Apples, bananas, whole grain bread, whole wheat pasta(which is actually much tastier and more filling).
Oatmeal (but not instant oatmeal, which is mostly sugar), whole wheat bread, brown rice, lentils, split peas, cooked peas, black beans, kidney beans, baked beans, raspberries, apples with the skin on, grapefruit, whole wheat spaghettiMost fruits and vegetables will have some fiberProducts made with white flour - white bread, pastas, cookies, cakes, etc- are low in fiber, but high in carbs.
The general setup is functionally similar to having other machines behind the public gateway, with the option of port forwarding to them; the same IP address:a different port numberThe exact mappings are down to how you configure the VMs - you can control that by connecting to the host machine and editing their configs.
