How to determine the compressor is a few compression?
I have the easiest way to judge:The exhaust pressure below 1.3Mpa is a primary compression;1.3---2.5Mpa, the piston compressor adopts primary compression, and the screw compressor adopts two stage compression;2.5---10Mpa, piston compressor adopts two stage compression, screw type air compressor can not reach, usually a screw, plus a piston to achieve; centrifugal compressor machine with 2 stages of compression to achieve. Note: only centrifugal machines can do great things.10----100Mpa, piston compressor adopts three stage compression. The centrifuge is achieved by three stages of compression.100Mpa above, piston type air compressor adopts more than 4.
The selection of air compressor is mainly based on the working pressure and flow of the pneumatic system.The working pressure of gas source should be about 20% higher than the maximum working pressure in pneumatic system, because the distance loss and local loss of the gas supply pipeline should be considered. The rated exhaust pressure of air compressor is divided into low pressure (0.7~1.0MPa), medium pressure (1.0~10MPa), high pressure (10~100MPa) and ultra high pressure (over 100MPa), which can be chosen according to the actual demand. Common use pressure is 0.7-1.25.First of all, according to the characteristics of the air compressor requirements, select the type of compressor. Then, the output pressure PC and the suction flow QC of the air compressor are determined according to the two parameters of the working pressure and the flow rate required by the pneumatic system, and finally the model of the air compressor is selected.
The suction valve two level is broken, to a string of gas, open check replacement is good.
