I'm faced with a serious problem. My parents don't like airsoft but i really want to try it. The problem is they have no clue about the sport. When i say can i get an airsoft gun they hear the word gun and automatically say no. I tried to tell my mom that it is one of the safest sports if you wear safety goggles and possibly a heavy sweatshirt. When i told her that she said that she doesnt like it because you have to wear protection!!! I know, how lame. If anyone has any answers for me i they would be much appreciated. Think of it as an instruction, to get to a given event. For simplicity, consider meeting a person in a building in Manhatten. Manhatten is a good example, because its streets are laid out on rectangular grid, which match what we think of as dimensions. To find your location, you are given a street, an avenue, and building floor. The street number tells you how far north/south the location is. The avenue number tells you how far east/west the location is. The building floor number, tells you how high the location is. Is this enough information to get you to the event? No. You also need the time/date. Which would be an additional instruction. How about now? Well, not really. There still are many other dimensions that are simply inaccessible to us. And that is what is developed in the string theory.
