Ok, so I'm training right now for basketball and I was wondering how can I improve my jumping ability drastically without having to buy any gym machinery? I do have 2 10 lb dumbbells and 1 15 dumbbell. Like name all of the exercises and reps of it I should do and start off with. I am 13 6'2 165 and can just about dunk but I want to have extreme hops like the best dunkers. My upper body strength is just great right now but if you have any suggestions for my WHOLE upper body then that would be more food on my plate so I'd appreciate it. Thank you!
Just keep jumping, and you will naturally improve. That old adage practice makes perfect is quite accurate.
