I have 22x8.5 rims to go on my impala. I tried to put them on but the back strut mount was sitting on my tire. So how do I lift the back without putting a lift on my car to keep it from scrubbing. I was told that I could get a bottle jack and push that lip up and out if the way, but Idk how to do this. Any tips?P.s. I also tried taking it to a tire shop but they couldn‘t do it so.

take off the stock struts and install taller ones or put spacers on the wheels
