Nose piercing holes close really quickly. Mine closed overnight once when the stud fell out. The hole won't still be there. Also, the scar is not that bad. It's barely noticeable, and if you are still worried about it, a dot of concealer will take care of it.
I have my nose pierced and the hole is very unnoticable. Idon'tt think it'd leave a scar or anything, and if itdidn'tt close up, its barley noticeable.
It will be ugly as soon as you get it done so I wouldn't worry about it being ugly in the future. Who in their right mind would want to attract attention to their nose?
