Im a 21 year old male who was about 170 before i turned 21 and after the big 21 i drank my off and put on weight im currently 204 and would like to get back to about 180 or so kinda fast i need some advicei do walk usually a mile and a half a day but just cant shake this weightIm a full time college student surrounded by college girls all day so i need to shake this weight someone help!!!
No drinking - alcohol is very calorificLimit your carbohydrates for the day and none after 6pm and try to only have a light snack after this time, dinner beforePlenty of fruit and vegetablesI'd have toast for breakfast, salad for lunch with some luncheon meat (no carbs here), then dinner maybe grilled chicken or fish with more salad or veg and a few potatoesTry and get carbs, meat and veg portions to make a 3rd of your dinners eachAlso fruit for snacking and to echo another answer, drink loads of water!
I generally place the cans centered over the cabinet doors and aprox 12 to 18 inches away from the doorsCenter over the sinkUse IC (insulated ceiling) rated cansAlso, try to install under cabinet lights to avoid shadowsThey are also good for night lights.
