Question:

How to make a holographic print?

I'm a graphic design major and I want to do something that probably no one in my class will do. I was looking though some of my old Pokemon cards and I thought about doing something like the holographic foil cards but larger. How would I do this and what would I need?

Answer:

you are violating fire safety laws .
No. Fire doesn't radiate in the UV spectrum in the right places for photosynthesis to occur.
On a fire alarm system , you have a service monitor it or you don't. A service will call the fire dept. if they have an alarm activated. On that type of set up, you call the monitoring company and tell them you want the system put on test, until further notice. You silence the system at the church, so no alarms will go off. At the end you un-silence the system and notify the monitor that your test is over.If it is not a monitored system. You still should have a control panel that will silence the alarm. By turning off the breaker you killed the primary power. Alarms have secondary power sources, batteries. Once you locate the box that is at the heart of the system. Open the box and there are batteries inside. That are for power failure alarm protection. If you find that box, also look for an alarm silence switch in there. The ones I've seen have two lights. When the alarm is activated the trouble light comes on, it's red. To reset the system requires resetting the little red light. There is a switch just above the lights that reset the zone. The green or yellow light comes on and the system is ready to detect smoke again. I thought these systems were inspected at least once a year ? I hope the church has a monitor or at least a company that tests it's system. I guess it works if you set it off by mistake.
