Question:

How to measure sulfuric acid with good accuracy?

Measuring sulfuric acid with a graduated pipit and a pipit filler seems to be dangerous. Can someone suggest me a better way (equipment if any)?

Answer:

If the sculpture is made out of resin there is nothing which will dissolve only the epoxy resin and not the resin statue. Depending on the plastic some organic solvents dissolve it, but the solvents are usually toxic (and cancerogenic) and the process would be very messy - and dissolve everything indiscriminately. If you want to take a saw to it, then any sawblade which is not wide should work. Probably a scroll saw or a jewelers saw would work. Though of course you can also saw into the resin.
