My dogs are in the elevator and i cant seem to get them out !THIS HAPPENED BEFORE, AND SOMEONE CAME HOME AND SO EASILY OPENED IT, BUT I WASNT WITH HIM SO I DONT KNOW HOW ?IM 13 AND NO ONES HERE RIGHT NOW AND THIS IS A 3 STORY HOUSE, I PUT THEM IN ON THE THIRD FLOOR AND SENT THEM DOWN TO THE LAST BECAUSE ONE OF THEM CANT CLIMB THE STAIRSNOW THE CALL BUTTON IS HIGHLIGHTED AT THE LAST FLOOR BUT ONE CALL THE ELEVATOR ON THE THIRD AND SECOND AND IM SCARED OUT MY MINDTHERES TWO DOORS IN THE ELEVATOR AND BOTH HAVE TO BE CLOSED FOR IT TO WORK, AND I DONT THINK I CLOSED THE FIRST ONE ALL THE WAY AND NOW IM SCARED OUT MY MIND TRYING TO GET THEM OUT AND MY MOMS LIKE AN HOUR AWAY AND I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DOIS THERE ANY SPECIFIC WAY TO OPEN ELEVATORS WHEN THIS HAPPENS? I just dont know.
