Eh... my suggestion would be to not try it. However you probably will ignore this one. So my next suggestion would be to have a very good health insurance and a will filled out.
The biggest part of doing any flip is jumping up. Many people try to jump and flip at the same time, and they fall. The key is to give all your ower to jumping straight up, then just before you hit the height of the jump, tuck and flip. extend your legs again as you come around and POOF. It's actually easier than it looks, once you can do a flip, your body knows how.
