during fast there is no need for water to reach throat. when u pour water u can use ur hand all over ur body to make sure its all wet. the way of doing ghusl is answered by the above user.
1) Begin with the name of Allah, make an intention that you are performing ghusl to purify yourself. 2) Wash the hands and the affected body parts 3) Perform Wudu 4) Finally wash the whole body three times using clean water, make sure all your hair and every other part of the body is soaked with water.
