i'm alittle new at this. I'm doing this for the first time and well i want to do it right. i don't want to flip or cut it to loose and hit a wall. how do i preform It? please help
I am not responsible for you actions and or repercussions! this activity is not legal on state,county or highways roads First off i would not recommend drifting for the flowing reasons 1. it is very dangerous even for pros it's not as easy as in the movies 2. if you get the hang there is still a chance of flipping your car if you don't know how to work on cars it's hard to tell when something is going to fail if one little thing goes wrong with you car You will get hurt or die However it is your choice second you must inspect the vehicle at every angle make sure all the barrings,bushings,brakes,tie rods,steering box,ect are in very good condition also it would be recommended to have a fair amount of horsepower MOST IMPORTANT 1.Any drifting MUST be done on a closed course or abandoned parking lot 2.You must own the vehicle ie.(it's not you mom or dad's) 3.identify if the vehicle is front wheel or rear wheel drive (front wheel)Now on to the drifting part know you're environment drive around for a minute explore it and then start at one end drive about 35mph to start out with to drift left, turn your wheels left slightly while driving and then turn all the way right i know that sounds crazy but it works then quickly turn the wheel straight again no need to give it any gas (or brake) because because it's front wheel drive ( rear wheel drive) the same as above expect for you can give the rear wheel car gas in the drift to make it easier
