Both the same size rimes both bmx. But one rims bearing don't work good anymore. How can i put in new ones?
Cage bearings are the easiest once you get the right size.
bike shop it may be that the hub is worn out or there is just dirt or it isn;t adjusted right wle
If it's a front wheel, just unscrew the cones and put in the new bearings.
have you tried putting oil or grease on it? have you checked if the axle bolt is screwed down too tight, it might be binding, loosen just a bit and see. or, you might be able to take the old one off, clean it up in some gasoline, grease it back real good and put the same one back in. you can usually tell, if the rollers look good you can use it, if they are all pitted looking the bearing is shot. from Grandpa. I hope you are well.
First, the rims are the hoops that hold the tire. The spokes hold the hub to the rim, and the HUB is where the bearings go. There is no way to determine whether the bearings are bad or not unless the hub is torn apart... it may NOT be the bearings. Just go to a bike shop with the WHEEL and ask them to check it out. If it requires a rebuild it will cost less to have them do it than if you were to buy the proper grease, buy the proper bearings, and maybe get it wrong anyway. I can bet it just requires an adjustment.
