Apply some universal glue to the film. Be careful not to apply it on stainless steel surface. Then cover the door with cloth. And then remove the cloth after a certain period of time so as not to destroy the surface of stainless steel.
You can give vinegar a try if you really can't find other ways. Mix the vinegar with some hot water and scrub the door using warm towel. Apart from that, using electric hair drier is also a goog idea. But you should blow the film and rub it off at the same time.
You can try some solvent like nitro thinners. But out of safety concerns, you can try to wipe a small certain area with hot water and washing powder at first.
