Hi, I am moving into a new house renting out the living roomI was wondering what I can possibly use to section it off so I get complete privacy, or as much as possibleI know sound proofing will be pretty hard, so I'm not expecting too much on that, but I just wanted some ideas on how to section it off in details if you can! All I know/heard of is putting a curtain across or stacking up boxesBut how exactly could I do that? It's just plain walls, nothing to attach the pole for the curtains onAll I have to section off is one side of the living room, the rest three sides are wallsThanks!
I cut out all bread, soda's and sweets and lost 11lbs in a month and half.I'm not sure what your diet is like.are there stairs where you work? Is there another route to walk home that would give you a little more resistance(up hill walking)? Is it possible to get up 30 minutes earlier or even 15 and getting in a small workout?
I found the book to be very informative and easy to readI've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quicklyI will admit I haven't followed the guide exactlyI'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd loseSo thanks again for the informationI've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surpriseGet started today!
Walk in the morning and eat breakfast within an hour of waking
Start running in your lunch break - I have a baby and a husband so don't get a lot of time to myself, my hour lunch break is the only me time I get, so I mapped out a 3 mile route and I do it most lunch times now Best of luck Kez x
