I Have an Apple airport extreme in the back of my house (Newest version) and it is replacing a linksys wireless router (WRT54G2)I want to place the linksys router in the front of the house as a WIRED bridge to improve the signal range in the front of the houseany help on how to do so would be very appreciatedThanks in advance

Log in to the LinksysOn the setup page give it an IP address that is on the same subnet as the AirportUsually one like 10.0.1.2 ( if the airport is on 10.0.1.1) will workYour airport may use 192.168.1.1 in which case use 192.168.1.2 for the Linksys.just check an existing machine on the airport to get the range usedOnce that is set on the Linksys, go to lan settings and DISABLE dhcp! You do not want the Linksys to issue addresses! Setup the wireless settings you wish to useOnce all is set, connect the Ethernet wire from a LAN port on the Airport to a LAN port on the LinksysDo not use the internet/wan port on the Linksys! Now you have a bridge!
