its a 1.5L 4 cylinder mitsubishi lancer that does 0-100km/h in 10seconds
you cant predict a mod exhaust System, rule of thumb, the wider the exhaust the less back pressure, less back pressure requires more air to be forced int the intake. I.E, balance the airflow, equalize the pressures. and make sure you don't wide the exhaust too much. you'll screw up the valves.
it depends on the specs of the exaust system, you telling me you want to put a cat back exaust system on your car is like telling someone you put tires on your car
No. Somebody's gotta do it.
Exhaust is use to keep the engine still have it's torque, power, and mpg by hold the compression pressure after igniting. The pressure resistance is to make engine not hard to make the next compression process. On racing type, a free flow exhaust is use to reach maximum power but will sacrifice torque at low rpm, a use supercharger will help on the free flow. On exhaust for kind of when torque is needed, a high resistance exhaust type is in use to reach maximum torque at low rpm but sacrifice power output at high rpm, like most in use on adventure off road or baja. Most standart is combining the reach of torque and reach of power to keep the Lancer still have enough torque to start up and power to cruising and keep the mpg in reasonable. The catback will make the torque is more easy to reach even not much and realize bucause it's only the muffler not followed the pipe of exhaust manifold.
