They would bring a live bullock/ram/goat into the sanctuary, slaughter it. Sprinkle its blood all around the alter, wet the ears of the person offering the sacrifice animal with the blood, then burn its entrails.. Oh wait… sorry that how Moses performed sacrifice in his Tabernacle.
I think you misspelled Scarface. And he was Cuban, not Aztec. His biggest form of sacrifice was with a machine gun.
