Would I be able to play high demanding games such as BF3 and on what settings? :3SPECS:CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition Deneb 3.4GHz GPU: DIAMOND Radeon HD 7870Motherboard: BIOSTAR AM3 AMD 870RAM: 8GB G.SKILL Ripjaws Series DDR3 1600Also let me know if anything will bottleneck my computer, Thanks!
Right now there is absolutely no reason to get an AMD processorAn i5 Ivy Bridge is MUCH faster and not much more expensive(make sure you get the one with k at the end) You will need a different motherboard accordinglyDo yourself a favor and get one with pci-e 3.0(Which are only even on intel boards because AMD doesn't support it yet.) Edit: And yet again a question nick is just making stuff up without knowing what he is sayingFirst of all the hard drive has nothing to do with graphics at allSecond games pre-load info into RAM to speed things up during gameplay, which means literally the only thing a faster hard drive does in a game is speed up loading screens before you actually get into the game.
