I would suggest either a nuclear fusion rocket, or an antimatter oneThe fusion engine is probably easier to make, and will get us there in about 15-20 yearsThe antimatter one would make it in 10It would be a self-governed country, officially sent by the UN or closest equivalentThe ship will be designed so that as much of it can be cannabalised as possibleThe engines will be able to turn into a power source for the colony, all living space in the ship would be able to act as housing, etcHowever, since antimatter/fusion fuel won't last forever, the futuristic equivalent of solar panels will be the main source of powerFood will be grown in hydroponic bays, along with synthesised meat.
First of all, your router is not plugged into your pc, your router is plugged into the modem and your pc is plugged into the routerYou shouldn't need another modem or router, You should be able to just run a cat5 wire to the other room and plug it into your existing router.
