i bought one of those used electric ride-on-pallet jacks at an auction to move my merchandise. I have no instructions can some one who knows help?
Replace the plank, and expect it to break when you kneel on it.
Actually, pallets are generally make from fairly cheap wood. They are NOT very strong. Any given board doesn't actually support anywhere near your weight in typical use. A typical 48 x 40 pallet supporting TWO TONS, would have only about 4 lbs per square inch.
A pallet will hold a heavy load because it is distributed over all of the boards. You concentrated all of the load on one small board, and caused it to break. Yes, it could have been weak in the first place also.
Hi, dear friend. I think it because you concentrated too much on that side, the power was too much instantly, so it was broken. You can replace the pallet all together, it is better.
