Question:

HTC Flyer Tablet or kindle fire?

i am looking for something that i can watch my movies on and still be able to read e-books. i want to maximize my memory capacity. the 8GB kindle fire is nice with cloud storage but i also like the 16GB internal memory for the HTC flyer with the option to add an sd card. i can't decide which will better suit me and extra input would be helpful. if you feel that there is a tablet or something that is better than both of these feel free to mention it, i am open to suggestions.

Answer:

No. My mom freaked out at me just like usual and I have Saturday school tomorrow. Fml.
This has been discussed. Sometimes I read about putting billions of pieces of reflective mylar film into the upper atmosphere. You don't need a satellite in that case. It would take months or years for it to drift back down. You can't do this on the ground effectively (reflect the sunlight away), because it will warm the atmosphere above it. Superfly: it's not crazy. You would do like the ISS does w/ the solar panels: fold. You could fold up a huge sheet of superthin reflective mylar into a very small space, and build it in sections like they do with the ISS. Steve: not all satellites move. What do you think your satellite dish is pointed towards? Stationary geosat.
Actually, its not overlooked. However, George Monbiot the investigative reporter and author of Heat stated that he is not in favor of solar reflectors because only a Carbon QUOTA (not carbon TAX) would work. Also, the biggest contributor of greenhouse gas is ANIMAL FARMING i.e. COWS, GOATS, CHICKENS from farms. To save this planet from Climate Change, simply EAT VEGETARIAN like Albert Einstein suggested and Al Gore conveniently ignores! Watch the Alex Jones movie, Endgame.
The main problem with this is that satelites move. There is no stationary satelite above earth. The reflector would be all over the place. The only solution would be to tether it to the ice and that brings up an entirely new set of problems. A cable that long would be unpar with a space elevator.
This is an idea worth experimenting with, maybe the shadow cast by it would be of benefit too.The solar panels that run the Hubble Telescope and Spacelab are fold outs, getting the reflector onto space wouldn't be a problem.
