I accidently put Armor-Al on my rubber sheets, and now I keep falling out of bed. What should I do?
Hydrate adequately. Stretch as often as possible. When you wake up, after eating, in the afternoon, when you get home, before you go to bed. You can use resistance rubber bands attached to something and really pull you arms above and behind your head. You can help by warming up your body in a hot shower or hot tub prior to really deep stretching. Also, a foam roller can be useful as well. Try doing the splits with your ankles elevated on books or something to give you extra depth.
