Answer:

Parchment Printer Paper
why not use copy paper? No little boy ever has been sickened or died from chewing their papers and shooting them at the picture of GWashington over the teacher's head I have used even the very old Big Chief tablets to line pans in the dim dark distant past!! Not sure why on the insistence to line all baking sheets and pans with parchment other than PRO Chefs can afford it and it is supposedly food safe to the publicBaking is gonna heat all pathogens on every other paper to hot enough to kill themThe first parchment I used was when I bought the bakery in our little town!! There was a whole case of the stuff and in 5 years I didn't need to order more! I lined all pans with it and also the display pans as well!! It sure saved me a lot of scrubbing burnt sugar off stuff! Use what you have, waxed paper works great, foil works great, copy paper is least expensive!!
I could not get your link to work but if your supposed to line a pan with parchment paper, waxed paper will work better than aluminum foilI am quite surprised that you can't find parchment paper at a supermarketMy not very big or good supermarket carries it in the same aisle as the foil and waxed paperIf comes on a roll just like waxed paper, plastic wrap and foilIf you have a Costco in your area, they also carry Parchment paperParchment paper is sometimes referred to as Baking PaperEdit: According to the above website, waxed paper can smoke or burn in the oven, but I have used it to line cake pans in the past with no ill effectsI am guessing it will smoke or burn if your using it in a hot oven, say over 350 F or above or if they've change the formula for waxed paper in the last several yearsYou can also grease your pan with butter or a little oil like canola, then flour it and shake out the excessThat also keeps baked goods from stickingNon-stick aluminum foil will work, but regular foil should be greased and floured like a cake pan or the batter will stick a bit and the foil is also very difficult to get absolutely smooth so it will make creases in your cake.
You can use: Wax paper, Oven Paper, Parchment, Silicone paper, Aluminum foil, (even brown paper-bag) paper or computer printer paper if you are lining a cake-tin and baking it slowly or at moderate heat Any bits that hang over the edge of the cake-form will definitely char, and perhaps burn, but will not set off your smoke-alarms or cause any damage to your cake, souffle, casserole, etcKeep the 'overhang' short and you will have no problemsHurry up and bake, and cut the paper carefully! Best!
