Which spray insulation is better icynene or demilec?
Yes on the grill but you need to wrap in foil or you will take the chance of drying them outPut a little olive oil, lemon, lemon and pepper, a little onion then wrapTilapia cooks very fast so be careful! Good Luck
my quick and easy grilled tilapiathey are usually wrapped when frosen so the first thing you want to do is unthaw in water while still the the packagethen maranage for like and hour or so in italian dressing and lemon pepperIF the fish still has skin on it i dont even use foil i just make sure to but it on a low INDIRECT heat (gas grill) and by the time that you need to flip it it is done enough to not fall apart and stick to the skin then you at least get the grilled look and taste to it rather then there being no real difference between your grilled fish and oven baked fish.
icynene is a very good product and probably has a better insulating value than the other product it might cost more to install but you will save it in fuel bills later
Try this take the Tilopia put them in a baking pan lightly dust them with Durkee Grill Creations smokey Mesquitethen take some 1 cup Spinach dip put in a bowl mix 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream 1/4 cup Tiger sauce 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, 1 tsp mustard mix with a mixer then pour over the fish bake for 1hr 1/2 make sure your sauce covers the whole dish and has plenty of liquidAdd two cups green Onions.
You know that saying that eyes are the windows to the soul? Well in Fish eyes are a good way to find out along with gills how fresh fish really isThe eyes should have a clarity to them and shouldn't be smoky in any wayAlso gillsCheck these fish and make sure that the gills have red/pink to them and if there they are gray or smoky or a really dirty red to them then they probably aren't as fresh as you thought they wereI've returned from a longs day fishing and didn't clean and gut my fish I just stuck them in the freezer and then thawed and cleaned them the next dayI didn't get sick and they tasted fine :) I make it a habit of cleaning my fish when I get home and don't normally put it off to the next day but it happens and I am sure I am not the only one who has done so in the past.
