It's a juice fastI don't want to end the fast because my stopping point is Monday so I would like to make it to MondayI'm having really bad headaches and becoming forgetfulWill I be fine if I continue the fast or does this mean it's dangerous or something? The best ceiling and roof insulation is the insulation that they put in house walls and in dog bedsYOu can get it from a hardware store and its just non flammable polyesterGet it in batts and cut it down and stuff strap it to the structure before putting the internal wall onHeated pads are great ideasThey are cost effective and only heat up to about 27 degrees celcius maxmake sure you put something over the cord if you think they are going to chew itIt should only be a 12 v power supply so it should be safeGood luck!
