Sorry for my bad english :)

Answer:

mostly the filter and all aems are carb legal (important if you live in california) if your on a budget and dont live in CA you can get the cheaper piping and just get an aem filter. the performance difference will be negligable
I've been riding now for over 40 years. I've had a couple of serious accidents but I can't imagine not having a bike. I've bought my grandson 2 bikes, 1 for the track and 1 for the road and he isn't old enough to get his licence yet. As long as you are sensible and start off on a moderately sized bike you will be fine. I have given all my children 1 piece of advice that is suitable whether you are driving or riding; treat every other road user like an idiot. Expect them to do something stupid that will put you in danger and you won't be disappointed. That way, you are prepared when they 'didn't see you'.
Yes they are very dangerous. However, you can do as much as possible to minimize that risk! For starters, you want to wear as much quality gear as possible. Helmet, jacket, pants, gloves, boots. And I'm talking motorcycle specific gearjeans don't hold up. Next you want to take riding courses, such as the MSF, to give you a solid background and help develop your skills. Finally, this is the most importantyou need to be 110% aware of everything. Other people around you, road surface conditions, throttle control, body positionetc. You really need to learn how to anticipate events so that you can plan ahead and get out of a would-be bad situation. Still, at the end of the day, it is risky. There are times which you just can't avoid a bad situation. But you can reduce all the other risks as much as possible. It's not for everyone, but if you try it, you may just find out that you love it more than anything else!!
