Wait a minute Is your AC unit a package unit? that is, is it also a gas burning furnace? If indeed it is a gas burning appliance, then NO! you cannot this condition is a potential EXPLOSION hazard! How you may ask? There is potential for methane from a dry wet-vent to travel up the plumbing and be ignited when the furnace kicks on, therefor destroying your home! It is best to drain to the exterior and maintain an Indirect connection to a DWV system and it's also prudent to drain your Secondary drain over a door or window so that if you observe water dripping from it, you know there's a problem.
