Answer:

Even though you stated that this fluid does not smell perhaps it is still dilute urine. Many elderly female dogs develop incontinence as they age. Here's a website Low estrogen levels and other factors can lead to a weak bladder sphincter, resulting in anything from small urine drips to complete emptying of the bladder, usually while sleeping or resting. Leaking can happen daily or just periodically. Treatment of incontinence is usually simple and effective. There are many different ways of treating incontinence, and the choice may depend on the cause. Phenylpropanolamine (PPA), a decongestant that helps to tighten the sphincter muscle, is the most commonly used treatment for incontinence in both male and female dogs. There is more on this site including natural treatments. I'd just take her in to see your vet when you can. Perhaps she is due for a senior wellness panel. Good Luck!!
The maximum currents ever reported for very short periods of timing via lightening bolts have been around 200,000 Amperes! When you mention 2.3 Million Amps only, the question remains incomplete. Time is of essence here but since its a lightening strike we can assume that it will be lesser than milliseconds. Hence, I can simply deduce that technically the rod can exist but in reality it will be more like a huge lengthy cylinder not a thin road. In real life I have never come across any rod which is designed to handle such amounts of current(during lightening) for any period of time. The magnetic field produced by this current will disrupt any electronic device in its vicinity.
Yeah Im pretty sure you can, why not?
