^Giant mousie! Giant mousie! No, silly. Wait until they are walking to the door and club them to death with a baseball bat. It's more effective and more satisfying.
Do they have a cat door? I suppose we could use a window...I mean to put my pet rabbit Spooky in for about 10 mins or so...He would ruin all their electrical cords and demolish anything he could reach in that time. We will lure him out with his favourite treat and when your neighbours arrive home, only Spooky will know what REALLY happened. And even though he is a smart rabbit, he cannot talk ...yet.
It's much more fun to throw their full garbage can through their picture window while they're enjoying the latest episode of CSI. It sure gets their attention I'll tell ya and it is great fun as well as payback for them being jerks. The looks on their faces is priceless.
You should steal a garbage truck and drive it into their pool...
