hi i have 75 gallons fish tank i was moving tank to basement and it got 1 inch crack at bottom cornerim not sure can i fix that?anybody can help me plz thanks
IIf this is too long just skip to the all caps wordsIn my opnion its a good idea to do biceps and back on the same day because bent over rows with Your hands facing out Involve the biceps and many back movements involve biceps and you should Do chin ups once you are strong enough You could do legs on Tuesday instead Squats Lunges Deadlifts? For chest you could do a set of incline Db aswell And Same thing with friday and Wednesday A lot of exercises that use chest are compound movements which means you use more than one muscle Bench press Triceps for the whole movement Except for the bottom when the bar touches your chest and you have to push it off your chest so You should include skull crushers onto your chest day and the dips and what not and Just do your cardio with abs On friday and have thursday be your rest day Maybe???? Lol Its not a bad plan But heres the MAIN FLAWS SO IF MY ANSWER WAS TOO LONG READ THIS Biceps and back can be on the same day if you want them to be 2. Chest and Triceps Should be on the same day 3. No Dumbell shoulder press? Or plate Pulls? 3. No rest days 4. If you want Bigger abs You can work them the same way you work normal muscles with 8-12Reps Instead of just doing Crunches all damn day. But that is good for endurance/toning 5. NO LEGS?? Dont forget your man muscles
