Where the Key hole is there is not lock, it is just an empty hole and my truck button doesn't work to open it so how do i get in the hole and open it!? thanks guys and hope to hear from you soon!
Sounds like the thermo coupler is shot or the coupler is not staying hot. Happened to me last year and it took about 5 minutes to fix and it has worked fine since.

However, in either case, the EEOC investigator's would know the federal law and would know whether the company violated the law. If they say that the company is legitimate in its actions then there's not much you can do.
