I just got a cat-back exhaust system on my car. if i were to get a new cat-forward exhaust would it make my car faster?
The mechanic is a fool its a CAT back meaning its from the tail end of the cat to the muffler and out the back so which you may desire to be using the inventory cat Take it to a distinctive mechanic when you consider that yours for sure doesnt have all the sockets to a set Cheers (i latterly offered a magnaflow exhaust for my 2006 mazda 3
The cat back system is obviously everything behind your catalytic converter, so the only thing is front is your header(s) and your catalytic converter itself. They make a substantial difference because if your air is restricted going through those it doesn't allow your exhaust to live up to its full potential.
probably not man just get a bigger exhausst my catback is 4 1/2 diameter get a bigger one if u want more flow
