If your shelves look good, new ones aren't old or ugly. Maybe some cheap people will buy your shelves. If your shelf is used for a long time, and the color is dull and the paint is gone, it is estimated that nobody wants it.
Now, it seems there are some companies that specialize in buying second-hand shelves. You can look for them more. If they don't, they can only be treated as scrap.
