DudeYou need to exerciseI mean do cardio exercise such as walking,running,swimming and othersIf you don't like running or swimming,just walk around your house or go for a walk to see chicks joging ] Also you need to go on a diet,but don't decrease your calorie intake too drastically.Your body won't get used to itJust take like 1/4 of the plate is rice,1/4 is protein and the other 2/4 is vegetablesAlso,try not to lose more than 2 lbs per week.If not,you will end up losing muscles because your using muscles as energyLastly,get enough sleep.Sleep at least 8 hours a day.Even sleeping uses calories.
you could probably swing it with a bunsen burner or a blow torch.
