No. You can make a mold out of sugru (an air drying silicone substance), or make a substance called oogoo, which is 100% silicone caulk mixed with cornstarch, and some add spirit minerals.
These are made to repair sections of pipe. One end fits into one side of the pipe, and the other end slides over the other side of pipe. Start by turning the water off, and then cut the pipe so there is space to slide the slip fix in with glue. Then with glue, open the slip fix so it slides over the other end. Good Luck!
