Currently, greenpois0n's servers are crashing randomly due to high amounts of traffic. It is currently impossible to install Cydia via greenpois0n's loader. This is the only alternative to installing Cydia. You will need to download a tool called redsn0w 0.9.6rc8 (just google it). You will also need your iPod touch's firmware file, with the extension .ipsw.
